I hope you are all doing well on your ten week challenge. I can’t wait till next week when the ladies I work with weigh in. I will be posting a picture of the bi-weekly winner along with what they have done to stay well and fit. Wednesday is leg day, so here are some exercises to get you through your leg day.
3. Calf Raisers
All of these exercises are done in sets of 3 and repetitions of 10. Take a minute rest in between each set and 2 minutes between each exercise. Don’t aim for pain. You can do this workout with your own body weight if you are a beginner. If you are more advanced you may use dumbbells as shown or free weights. I hope this helps. Have a great leg day and have fun!
