Thoughtful Thursday: Look What She Brought Home

Every morning while getting ready I go through my daughter’s school folder to look for any updates and to skim over her school work. I was very pleased to find an article on exercise. The article title “Why Exercise Is Cool!” covered everything from exercising everyday, to heart health, to tips on exercises you can do to make your muscles stronger. I find it very encouraging that her school is promoting physical activity in such a positive light. If you have a elementary age child ask them about how much they are moving everyday. You may be pleasantly surprised like me or you may find out some discerning news, but whatever the outcome is let’s try and make exercise cool for our children and people of all ages.
