Tackle Your Tuesday: Switch It Up A Bit

Happy Tuesday Everyone! To tackle this Tuesday I really wanted to switch it up a bit. Well I guess I switched it up a bit yesterday too. I jogged around my parents neighborhood before leaving to pick up my youngest daughter, and followed up with some walking lunges, calf raisers, and abs. Today I did 30 minutes of hip hop aerobics followed by an arm circuit and oblique exercises.

It is no great puzzle to know that variety in your workout proves for a more interesting motivating week of exercise. I would really encourage you to switch it up a bit. If most of your time is spent in the gym, try being active outside. If you love running, try a workout in the pool. If your a walker, find some stairs a walk up instead. When you indulge in a new workout you will find yourself working different muscles. That is the beauty of it all! Experiment, experience, and get out of your comfort zone!
