Well I am back to update you on my coworkers and their 10 week fitness challenge. This week was weigh in week, and everyone is in the full swing of things. The whole office has been in gear even those who are not in the challenge. There has been more healthy eating, more exercise, and the encouragement amongst the competitors is great! Everyone is in it for a healthier life. I am very please to say that the winner this week is a fellow fitness enthusiast as well.
Our biggest loser this week is Allison! Allison lost 4.13 pounds this week. She is such a positive influence around our office, and you can really tell she loves the work that she does. Here is an insight into what she is doing to shed those pounds.
She continues to eat well balanced meals by still eating all the food groups and utilizing the plate method. As for exercise she has been exercising 4-6 times a week keeping her focus on weight lifting, and her one tip to those trying to lose weight is simple, “always get back on the horse, no matter what bad choice you’ve made”! NEVER GIVE UP! 🙂
So there it is. We are coming down to the end of the 10 Week Fitness Challenge, and there is only 1 weigh in left. Who will win the last week weigh in, and who will be the overall winner? I wish all the ladies the best of luck!
