Well I’m back. I know I didn’t finish the 5 Characters of Fitness last week. I had a personal issue I had to take care of, but I am alive, blessed, and well, so let’s finish shall we?
The fifth character of fitness is the “biggest loser”. This is the person who has lost a ton of weight. They stayed diligent in their efforts of exercising and eating right, and reached their goals. They have found a new confidence in losing weight. They are better, wiser, and stronger than before. They love to share their story, and most of the time they are the biggest motivators. I have not yet found a “the biggest loser” in my life yet, but I’m excited to eventually meet new people and have them share their story with me.
I hope you have enjoyed my thoughts on the 5 characters of fitness! Which category do you fall into? Remember you may be more than one! When reflecting I can would categorize myself in the fitness fanatic and the expert category. I love exercising and trying new things, and my mind is filled with so much health and fitness information it is ridiculous! Now that we have reached the finished line it doesn’t matter which of the 5 characters you fall into because we all have one thing in common we love to move and better health is the final goal.
