Happy Monday Everyone! While I was browsing the internet today I decided to actually look up the definition of motivation (since I am talking about it all the time…). Motivation is the reason or reasons one has for acting or behaving in a particular way.
As April in quickly coming to an end, what can you look back on and use it for upcoming motivation? Did you lose a couple of needed pounds? Did you become stronger? Maybe you incorporated smarter eating habits into your diet. Whatever it was or is, try and use that motivation to keep going. Continue to act or behave in that particular way that will help you grow.
