Tackle Your Tuesday: Starting Off Right

Happy Tuesday Everyone! It is interesting… I originally thought “Tackle Tuesday” would be a way of introducing new workouts or exercises into the day, but now it is so much more than that.  I feel like it is a great way to restart my week. Once we get passed Monday, it is a wonderful way to keep the ball running. I find energy and stress relief.  It has been so positive and uplifting to see were my vision can go.

I can do it. You can do it. We all can do it! It may not be the beginning of the week, but it is the beginning of my workout week. So I will continue to TACKLE ON every Tuesday and be Well & Fit!
