Wellness Wednesday: You Are What Your Friends Eat.

Happy Wednesday Everyone.  You know the saying that says, “You are the company you keep,” well today I was thinking that this could be just as true with what you eat. Friends, coworkers,  and family members that we stay around on a daily basis can influence what decisions we make when it comes to food.  Now don’t get me wrong,  ultimately it is up to you,  but have you ever had someone try and steer you the wrong way when your trying to stick with a plan? I have been that person steering the friend and also the one on the plan. If you don’t know how to control yourself around your “food buddies” when you are trying to stay on specific meal plan just say NO! Remember your plan. There will always be time for cake and ice cream,  but on your own time.  Be strong. You won’t get the body you want overnight, but you can win those small battles to step closer to your goal.  I hope this helps! 🙂
