Tackle Your Tuesday: Enjoy It!

Happy Tuesday Everyone! I had a great workout tonight with some wonderful ladies! Even though it hurt they pushed through.  I find sometimes the best way to tackle a workout is to learn to enjoy it. This concept works for anything in life. Learn to enjoy the moment you are in. It’s like when I eat. I have been known to be a slow eater, but I just like savoring every bite. We get so busy from day to day that many  of us adults don’t know how to cherish those little moments.   trust me they count.
