Tackle Your Tuesday: Fitness Shout Outs!

Happy Tuesday everyone!! I know it’s the end of the day but I didn’t want to go to sleep without giving a shout out to those I see staying Well & Fit everyday! So congrats to my cousin Bobby for staying dedicated in eating healthy and working out like a beast in the gym (I see you!).


Congrats to my Desi Des for staying moving day in and day out. Keep walking girl, and I love the cartoons.


Last but not least to my little sister who I love very much Monisha!
Don’t give up on your dreams. Someone is watching you and being inspired by you, and that person is me. 🙂
