Happy Tuesday Everyone! I hope everyone is having a blessed day. Now stop and think… are you really making a conscious effort to help your family live a healthier life? We can try and blame society and fast food restaurants for our down fall in health, but it really starts at home. As parents (even if you are not a parent) we can help improve our family’s eating and exercising habits. We must lead by example. I love the program called “Champions for Change” ran by the California Department of Public Health’s Network for a Healthy California.
