It’s no surprise to anyone that a healthy employee is more present at work. I know when I feel well I work better. It is important for us to take care of our bodies from day to day so we can work effectively and efficiently. So I pose the question, “How would you rate your wellness?” Are you getting enough sleep, eating a balance diet, and exercising regularly? Is there something you can change? Maybe your attitude on your morning commute could be better. I always think the little things matter. Small changes can make a big change in your day.
