Thoughtful Thursday : Walk and Talk Sessions


Every week day my coworker and I take advantage of our first break and go on a walk. I has been a great stress reliever,  and an even better way to break up the day. We discuss almost everything from life to health and fitness. It is an active yet fun way to keep our bodies moving. Just a reminder to stay smart. Check the weather, drink plenty of water,  and pick a partner that will be consistent. Our walk and talk sessions are a helpful and happy way to conquer the day. Now GO!
