Thoughtful Thursday: Work through it.


I am a firm believer in not aiming for pain, but I can also say that working through the minor aches and soreness is ok. Tonight was quite interesting. I didn’t think that we were going to be able to make it as a group due to some accidental pain issues. Instead of giving up, they still pressed through, and although tonight’s workout wasn’t the norm, we still worked up a good sweat. I always appreciate the ladies that come out to my fitness group. I am excited to be the one to help them get closer to their exercise goals. We may have started off a little rough, but we worked through it, and had a great time!
