Tackle Your Tuesday : The “E” word


Here’s an interesting fact, people are intimidated by the word exercise. I so happened to learn this while in a training at work. What leads most Americans to fear something that is so beneficial to their bodies? My own thoughts lead me to believe that we are consumed by other distractions that don’t allow us to exercise. Instead of exercising we are at work, watching TV, etc. So how can you get back in the habit of exercising? I believe that physical activities are all around us. You can go for a walk, ride a bike, climb a trail, or even cook. Whatever you do just keep moving! … and get to EXERCISING!
