Tackle Your Tuesday: Brainstorming

Happy Tuesday Everyone!!! I have been in a training at work for the past two weeks, and it really has me thinking a lot about brainstorming. It is a way to get our ideas out in a very constructive manner. Like today, we explored the methods of remembering to eat healthy in a brainstorm. I love it because it is not only something  you can do in a group, but by yourself as well. Starting a new fitness regiment or workout group is not always the easiest. I find more and more that people enjoy the support from others, but are afraid of looking like a fool as well. They worry about getting tired, not completing the workout, or just breaking down. You can easily explore the pros and cons of your new decision to make an exercise change by just brainstorming. If the pros outweigh the cons, then you kind of have your answer, but you also have to listen to your gut in the end. It is all about finding out what you need as “the person exercising”. The answer will eventually come, but why not have some help along the way. I hope you try it, and I hope you all had a great day!
