No matter what you tackled, pressed through,  or accomplished today keep going. Tackle Your Tuesday is not just about fitness. It’s about life. I want to send a special shout out to the ladies in my fitness group. I know it was hard today, but you all did a great job. Keep going. Keep tackling!
