Hahaha… hehehe… lol… smiley face! Did you know that laughing is actually a cardiovascular exercise? That’s right… laughing actually promotes the muscles in your heart to pump harder. You’ve heard the saying,  “Laughter is the best medicine,” well its ture!  Laughter reduces stress and helps in dealing with difficult emotions. Anyone who has ever been through a tough time can validate that laughter can be your medicine that will help you get through the obstacles of life. A great sense of humor can go a long way. Laugh at yourself,  tell a joke, watch a funny program. Find the healthy joy of life by laughing, and don’t forget to spread the giggles!
