Changes and Challenges

Ever heard the saying, “It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it?” Well that is definitely true. When I first even considered having another child I knew that things would have to change, and that I would encounter some challenges. After potentially freaking out, I decided to invite changes and challenges. I came to the conclusion that through my experience I could be an example to women on how to be well, fit, and pregnant. Everything happens for a reason, and I am happy to share my experience with you. It is also fair to say that I am not the only one going through a challenge or change. If you may be going through a tough time, don’t run, stay and face it. Now that is definitely motivation for your Monday!

  1. I can relate to your post 100% – I am dealing with a challenging time in my life and as much as I want to run, I have mustered up the courage to face the situation and take control of my life.
