Happy Monday everyone! It’s truly has been too long since I’ve been gone. I miss blogging, exercising, and just all around moving. I am happy to say that I am well into my 3rd trimester (36 weeks to be exact)! This has definitely been my most challenging pregnancy. Not any complications, but it’s taken a real toll on my body. I can’t wait to meet my precious baby boy for the first time, and I can’t wait get back to my active Well & Fit self! I know it will be a process, but I am ready for every challenge that comes my way. During my second trimester I did gain a burst of enery. I was walking daily and moving around better, but it seems, no I know it has definitely slowed down these last couple of months. There is more pressure in my pelvic area, my back and hips hurt, etc. Hey what can I say it is part of the process. At least I am still actively engaging in strectching. That helps to ease some of the pain. I have learned a lot this time around being pregnant. My strengths and sorrows, but I’ve also learned to appreciate what a wonderful support system I have. My family and friends are the best! Support remains important at this time in my life, and in my fitness life as well. To truly be Well & Fit you can never replace this, so as my due date is only a handful of weeks away I just wanted to say thank you to my support system! The ride isn’t over yet, but I can see the finish line (Thank God)
