My Fitness Journey: A Great Time


Happy Tuesday guys! A had a great time and a great morning. I went walking this morning at the mall, and completed a whole hour! I worked up somewhat of a sweat too, and that’s amazing considering I don’t sweat much unless I’m engaged in a “full-on” workout. My walk was nice and brisk, nothing too strenuous. It was a great way to get my blood flowing this morning. The key is to listen to your body. Watch for aches and pains, don’t overdo it, and slowly you will get better. If I can do it, you can do it too. Make the time and go for it! Have a great time working out this morning!
