Hello, and Happy Monday Everyone! This fitness journey of mine is coming right along. After giving birth to my handsome baby boy, I weighed 198 pounds, and now I am pleased to say that I am down to 177! What’s my secret?… Well I workout 5 days a week, and I eat everything in moderation. I only eat until I am satisfied, NEVER FULL. Oh and I take my vitamins!
This has been a great yet challenging time in my life. Adjusting to having 3 little ones in the house while trying to get myself back together, but I will keep pushing. Now that I have figured out my life at home, I am soon approaching my return to work. That will be another adjustment to take into consideration, but as for now, I will continue enjoying the time I have with them. Although I will miss being a mommy at home, I am eager to get back to work as a health educator. I can’t wait to help my clients have a better life. I will continue exercising, and somehow making it all gel together. Never a dull moment over here! All I know is I want to live well (and fit), love my husband, and be the best mother I can to my children. God will take care of the rest. I hope you all are having a wonderful day.
