Have you ever sat back on thought about how your family effects your wellness? Do they make you feel full of joy, or do they tend to bring you down? Are they uplifting or are they judgmental? Whatever your family may look like or make you feel like, they can have a substantial effect on your health. Take for instance the person who have never known or spoke with their biological parents. It is more than likely that this type of lack in their lives is shifting the person they are today. Then there are those who’s parents have always been there to provide loving support. They may have use these relationships to become a better person.
The family dynamic can be very tricky sometimes. You can try to please everyone but never will, and there is almost always a point when the child has to prove themselves valid to their parents.
Various studies have shown that the more positive our home life is the better our health will be. Whether the relationship is between spouse or children, grandmother or cousin, the better the relationship, the better off we will be, and we’ll live longer too. I believe that since we deal with these people on a daily basis they can begin to influence our way of thing (whether good or bad).
