Greatness is the hindrance of most men. The fear of becoming something more than what they are. To live life to their full potential, but I say “Choose The Change”, decide for greatness, and act on the impossible.
In all honesty I woke up this morning feeling very anxious and stressed about the day before and the day ahead, but I chose not to give up. Not to sit there. To grasp another opportunity. Although it may have taken me some time to get into the groove of things today, I am still victorious because I choose to be. You can do the same!

I am so amazingly blessed to be surrounded by these women. Every Thursday they push through (despite the pain I put them through). We not only workout together, but we fellowship with one another. Lifting each person along the way. I’m glad that all of you are apart of my life. You motivate me to be better, and I thank you for that. Good job tonight ladies!

As we begin to move into the hotter months, remember to fuel your body with more water. The recommendation is 6-8 8oz cups a day, but let’s be overachievers and do 10! Water helps to boost your metabolism, flushes out the toxins in your body, helps relieve headaches, and of course maximizes physical activity performance. I can go on and on, but my point is just make sure your drinking it throughout the day to prevent dehydration. I hope you all have a day full of hydration! Lol!

Happy Monday to all! I hope everyone is having a great day thus far. No time to work out? NOT TRUE! We all have the same amount of time in the day, it is how you choose to use it that makes the difference. So if you’re looking for a quick workout find a low impact aerobic workout on YouTube (Denise Austin). Do that for 10 minutes (for a warm up)then do a circuit featuring the exercises I have posted (squats, lunges, chair dips, and push ups) 3 sets and 10 reps. Rest 1 minute between each circuit and 30 secs between each exercise. So there you go! 30 minutes of your day to get you closer to your health goals! Try it tonight, and when you done type “DONE”. I hope you all complete this tonight!
