How did you do with your mindful eating today? I did pretty good. Just like any relationship, your relationship with food takes work as well. Remember food is fuel, and it can elevate our mood or bring us down. It can give us energy or it can make us feel sluggish. Begin to develop a better relationship with food, and see how your body will change for the better. πŸŒΏπŸ’–πŸ’ͺ🏽
