Fit For Thought

Early riser like me?… great! Midday warrior?…awesome! Late night gym rat?…cool!

Part of finding what works for you is also finding what fits into your daily schedule. I like to rise early and exercise just because it provides me with “me time”. No kids distracting me. It is quiet, and I can really tackle the morning. It also gives me more energy through the day.

What time of day works for you? What would you like to try? Whatever you choose, choose to get your body moving, and stick to it! You can do it! πŸŒΏπŸ’–πŸ’ͺ🏽
