Fit For Thought

One of my favorite types of movement (beside running of course) is dance, and I truly believe there’s magic in it. It lifts your spirits by making you laugh or cry. It makes me feel sexy but also inspired. I love it because you can do it by yourself or with others, and if you’re like me you are getting double exercise because I sing and dance at the same time! Whether you are working it on dance floor or watching a performance the movement of dance is spirit moving in my opinion. I dare you to try it tomorrow in your own time. It will make you feel amazing! πŸŒΏπŸ’–πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ’ƒπŸ½ #healingthroughmovement
