Opps!… Forgot to Post!

Hey ya’ll! It seems like I have so much going on that I have been neglecting my blog. That’s no bueno in my eyes! Trying to get on track with back to school and working from home has presented its set of challenges, but what remains consistent is my passion to exercise.

I was recently received a question from my cousin about how do us “gym people” get motivated to workout in this heat? My answer was simple… just get up and do it!
