Happy Wednesday y’all! I am back at it again with more kid’s health and fitness tips. Today I want you to remember to make it a family activity. Not only do we lead by example, but I have definitely learned that younger siblings learn from their older siblings. 9 times out of 10 if Jordan is doing it, Malia wants to do it too. It is a cycle, and it is surprisingly fun too! Make an effort to exercise together as well as choose new nutritious food together. Kid’s Fitness

Last week we began talking about children’s health and fitness, and we are going to continue this week because I was super busy preparing for my workshop last Saturday.

…so let’s throw it back to when I had the honor of exercising with these cuties at my daughters school. The key to children’s fitness is just to keep it fun. We played balloon volleyball and had a veggie pass relay. Every activity was fun and kept their interest! Start them young and hopefully they’ll continue for a lifetime! πŸŒΏπŸ’–πŸ’ͺ🏽

Fit For Thought

One of my favorite types of movement (beside running of course) is dance, and I truly believe there’s magic in it. It lifts your spirits by making you laugh or cry. It makes me feel sexy but also inspired. I love it because you can do it by yourself or with others, and if you’re like me you are getting double exercise because I sing and dance at the same time! Whether you are working it on dance floor or watching a performance the movement of dance is spirit moving in my opinion. I dare you to try it tomorrow in your own time.
